Noise Driving me crazy!

I have 04 Mountaineer and just recently installed new brake rotors and pads. I ordered slotted and drilled rotors from Brake planet. They look great and work great except for at a slow rolling stop I hear a clunk noise in the right rear wheel. It sounds like the rotor is moving on the studs. I removed the wheel and inspected the rotor and there seems to be some play between the rotor holes and the studs. I called brake planet and they said since I have driven with the rotors on the car then they won't send me a replacement or exchange, actually they were pretty rude about it. Nevertheless, I was wondering if there is anything I could do to remedy this or if my issue is not the rotor then could someone tell me if they have experienced this noise or problem. Any input would be great.

Call them back and tell them you posted it here, and that a lot of people said they aren't going to shop at brake planet ever.
