Hokiewheeler is starting off with a positive reputation.
Shock Absorbers

I know the usual recommendations are Bilsteins or adjustable Ranchos. I have a stock height F250 that I don't foresee lifting. It's in need of shocks. What is a good stock replacement? I don't like the ride of rancho 5000s. I've kicked around the idea of stock rep Bilsteins but is there anything a little less spendy?

ShockGuys is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
It depends on if you are towing or not too, but here are the results for your vehicle for the products we carry:

The Monroe Sensatrac and KYB Gr2's are similar in price, about $135 for all 4. They are both twin tube design and are very economical.

The next step up would be the KYB Gasadjust, they are monotube and may be too stiff for your liking.

We a 5% discount to forum members as well as free shipping for all orders $95 or more.

I'd be happy to answer any questions you have.
