I mainly used the service because it allowed me to find the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price with out hitting the dealerships myself. I hate traveling from dealership to dealership trying to find the vehicle I want with the options I want.

You can search dealership inventory and look at window stickers using forddirect.com. This saves a lot of time.
