Widest tire size on 97 Expedition
Hi, I wanted to see if anyone knows what the widest tire size is that I can put on my 2 wheel drive 97 Expedition? I dont want to go taller, just wider. Thanx for any help.

are factory wheels going to be used or aftermarkets? backspace on the wheels will be key. what are your local laws for exposed tires? i cannot give a size but these are some factors i can think of.

Stock 16" rims. Just curious on how wide I can go before rubbing.

well how tall the tire is affects how wide u can go... so what is the rolling diameter of the tire you are currently using?
