Exclamation Truck Won't Start: Theft Light Blinking, Fuel Pump Relay...

Hey everyone, my truck won't start and I need some insight.

I was driving home on the highway the other night, my check engine light on, and the engine died. First thing I noticed is that the "theft" light would begin blinking with the key in the "on" position". Also, in the "on" position, the #4 relay (fuel pump) in the power box under the hood would continuously click/rattle. The truck would not start.

Took a look at it after it was towed home. The battery seems fine. The truck turns but it doesn't start. We smelled a lot of gas and found that there was fuel dripping around the exhaust manifold area. I'm not sure if this relates to the relay. Tried replacing and that didn't work.

I miss her already and any advice would be great here. Let me know if you need anything else. What else should I take a look at, should I check any fuses, etc. Thanks.

Was the CEL on BEFORE or after the engine died? If before, get it scanned so you have that data available.

Fix the fuel leak first. That way, it won't do an "up in smoke' on you.

Try swapping the PCM power relay with another identical relay that isn't critical. Basically anything except the fuel pump relay.

The CEL went on at the same time the engine died. There was no sputtering or any other signs that my truck would die, it just did. I tried replacing the PCM relay and they didn't work either.
