05 Throttle Body and TPS replacement P0506

Hello All,
I am having an issue with low idle and the engine dying at low speed. This all stared after replacing the battery which all seems to be covered in TSB 06-25-8.I have cleaned the mass air sensor, and the throttle body numerous times, checked and rechecked all the vacuum line all with no real luck so I am to the point of replacing the throttle body and TPS.
So my question is has anyone replaced the Throttle Body and or TPS on a 05 and up truck? Do you need to do any calibrations? I want to know if this is something I can do in the shop or will Ford have to work it magic on it afterwards.

You might want to try to recalibrate the fly-by-wire system before you do anything else.

Not sure where it is, anyone got a link to it?

Krewat,
Do you remember any of it? I have tried th key one slowing depressing the pedal then crank, I have tried the disconnecting the battery for 10 min the letting it idle until warm and then five easy full throttle runs. Any help or idea I will give it a shot. It was running perfect before the battery change.

Not at all sure about what it was... there was a write-up done by a member, but can't find it right now.
