well water and prestone

I just finished the flush and new coolent,But I screw up. I had all intenitions of using Distiled water but forgot and used our well water to mix 50/50. The raditor is in good shape and I change the coolent every summer. This is a 77 f250 with a clev aith 45000mi. I use it to pull my 5th wheel and I work it purty hard at times pulling grades Should I redo it. $$$ In the past I have also added Water weter. Pulling grades it runs just on the hi side of normal. If I have to redo it then so be it. Thanks Don
