06 swap in 5.4 out 4.6

SO , i bought this 4.6l F150 in 06, and I like the truck, except for no power..

now that I am out of warranty, I am considering swapping engines. I've got a line on a similar mileage (35k) 5.4l (complete with intake, etc) from a 06 F150... I know that I'll need the wiring harness and ECU. I'm hoping the tranny's were the same..

anything else to think about?

I asked before about a 4.6/5.4 in a 56 F100... I'd hand down the 06 4.6l I think..
(fun with electronics I think, fly by wire throttle...)..

even better deal.. 2006 5.4L with tranny, 50k miles, for 1/2 the prior price.. cool..

now to plan the swap.. and the eventual use of the 4.6l in my 56 F100.
