2002 Ford 4X4 7.3 F350 DSL Crew 11,900 GOOD DEAL?

<o></o>I’m looking to purchase the above truck with 184,000 miles. Truck is straight and clean, XLT! Is 11,900 a good deal? Don’t know if I should jump at the deal or proceed with caution. I’m awaiting the OSAIS for more details. What are your thoughts?

The most important thing will be to pull the opt off of the air filter and look to see if there is any dust inside the tube going to the turbo. The factory air boxes leave something to be desired and if it wasn't maintained properly, you can end up with a dusted turbo or worse, a dusted engine. Since Lubbock is a tad bit on the dusty side, I'd check this first.
After that, here's a link for other things you can check. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/5...questions.html
