Initially, using a long tool and whack on the front of the clutch when it's supposed to be engaged. I just had a 99 F-150 2 days ago that I found was the clutch. First thing I always do if pressures are good, or in your case, the low pressure switch jumped out. It needs a pretty good whack. I used a long, large screwdriver and hit it increasing harder.
