The Pennsylvania Chapter is the host chapter for this year's meet. Contact Joe, soondg the PA chapter leader and see what he needs for you to do or provide.
I have plates, Knives, Forks. If some one would like to bring paper towels and cups. You can go to BJ's or Sams club and pick them up reasonable. We could also use chips, pretzels or whatever snack foods you prefer. I figure we will be treating about fifty people for the weekend. The water is an excellent choice, when it's hot up there one person can go through 3 or 4 bottles in a day easy. I suggest you pick up the twenty ouncers or guarts.
