Riffraff HPX on an early 99

For all you early birders out there that are considering this product, I wanted to let everyone know that I installed one recently (finally... sorry it took me so long Clay!) and it fits perfectly! It comes very, very close to the turbo, only about 1/32" clearance, but it drops right into place with no clearancing or re-bending of the HPX needed. Install would have taken all of 10 minutes if I hadn't taken so many photos (to be posted later). As far as any changes I noticed- a smoother idle (BIG change) and a decrease in a hard to describe sound my truck makes at idle, most likely due to leaky injector O-rings. It also sounds different at speed at times- almost like I can hear the injectors better. Great product for the price- thanks Clay!

Similar, but it doesn't dip down into the valley like the KCM. It just has an outward bend in it to clear the turbo.

HPX = high pressure crossover. It ties the 2 high pressure oil rails in the heads together.

What Glenn said. It's very affordable, I can't recall the exact price.

Thanks Chase. To my knowledge the Riffraff HPX is the ONLY HPX available that you don't have any clearance issues on the early 99. I hope to be ordering mine soon.
