Chip and Catback for 93 F250-W

I've gotta 93 F250 W auto, 62000 miles, really clean all the way around, but gutless. Just looking for general comments on a Chip and Catback system
My inlaws have a trailer for us use, but its 26ft, and 5500lbs dry. Just not sure how towing this trailer will work unless I’m going downhill
We advanced the timing on the weekend and I certainly noticed an improvement in power
So, we went to a local performance shop and they suggested a Catback with Y-pipe ($700) and a jet comp chip ($380). They said that would give me about another 30-35HP on the wheel
Is it worth it?
Also, any comments on the Diablo or the SCT (PT 6600) vs. the jet comp?

The exhaust system is a good idea and the motor will make more power with it though I think that's a bit expensive unless that's an installed price. The chip is a complete waste of money however, you already got everything the chip would do for free by advancing the timing. If you still want a bit more after the exhaust and have a couple hundred $$ to spend get 1.7 roller rockers for it.

Thanks.

I should have mentioned it is 700 CDN, and that did not inlcude install. Install was another 200...so 900 total for Catback, Y-Pipe, and tip...forgot TAX, and the hidden fees...so 1000 loonies.
