Speed density to MAF swap, how to fix the air intake?

I have gathered nearly all the parts to swap the speed density injection system on my 302 powered 89 E-150 to a MAF system off a 93 Mustang GT. I say nearly all because i am still trying to figure out a way to adapt the dual inlet throttle body on the SD system to the single hose MAF plumbing.

I have seen the slick factory piece used in 95-96 trucks, but have had no luck finding one. Anybody have a cheap method of going from dual air intake tubes down to the single?

Thanks.

I'm gonna snorkel mine and don't want to run dual snorkels so I'm all ears as well!

I am going to see if I can't just make an adapter out of aluminium to mount the Mustang throttle body on the van upper intake plenum. Probably won't be optimal for high RPM airflow but this motor never sees the high side of 3k RPM.
