There are at least a half a dozen different printed circuts between 1973-1979.
You need to replace the printed circut you have with the EXACT same number as the one that came with your truck. The others with different numbers are not compatible.
The difference between the circuts are, Gauges/Idiot Lamps, and or circut design changes between the years to add, Fasten Belt lamps, Economy lamps etc.... Why matching the number on the circut is very important.

Be aware that there might be a prefix Letter at the end of that number. Like D6TF-10C956-A or D6TF-10C956-B as loose examples. Those prefixs need to match exactly as well. If your circut doesn't have a prefix like the above examples, don't replace it with one that does.

Thanks again. This one does not have a prefix. LMC has a printed circuit for 76-78 what are the odds it will be the right one? I have looked on ebay and the only one available doesn't have oil or alt gauges just lights. I tore this one when I was taking it apart and now I can't find a replacement. Am I in trouble?

No, you are not in serious trouble. They are avaliable aftermarket.
For 1976-1978, you have a 50-50 chance to get the right one, unless it's listed for the following....
EDIT:
Blue Oval has the Circuts as well, and they are a Forum Sponsor...
With Idiot Lights

Or
With Gauges

EDIT: EDIT:
Also make sure the White "Plastic looking" composite cluster back isn't crumbling due to Cluster Rot. If so, you will need a new one of those too.

You can use the plastic Cluster backing out of 1981-1991 Econoline Vans as well, if it's got gauges.
In 1981 the clusters were made out of different material that does not rot like the old composite ones did.
You just need the Printed circut for your 1977 and to swap your gauges and speedometer to the new backing.

It can be much simpler. As long as your gauge package meets the wiring harness in the dash - i.e. the cluster (complete assembly) comes from the same option package - then just change an entire unit and be done with it.
The odometer can be dealt with in your maintenance log.
I've never bothered trying to change the printed circuit portion.
If your truck came with ammeter and oil pressure gauges, find the nicest looking unit you can that came from a truck with same options, and swap it in.
I've done this where I've gotten trucks with MPH instead of KMH, or in one case I liked the coloring of the background panels / border more than what was in it and then .. swapped away.
I know this wont please purists, but I'm not in that league at this point.

I ordered a guage cluster from ebay from an 89 e-van, with guages not idiot lights. I was told that I would have to swap out the printed circuits, but I plugged it in as is just to see what would happen, worked great. Not really sure why, and would like to know why it ended up working. Although, the gas guage isnt accurate (reads lower than it actually is) and the temp guage SOMETIMES reads very cool, but never goes above the middle section of normal. I think (or hope) those two problems are either the IVR or sending units and not due to the fact I didn't swap circuits.
