Fender Flares?

I have been looking for some fender flares for my X without much success. I need a good 4 to 6 inches to cover my tires. Any ideas of where i can find some?

Welcome BiggDogg,

Front isn't the problem, it's the rear. You're probably looking at customizing a truck set.

The companies I've used are Bushwacker, EGR and Warn. I haven't tried any of them on the Excursion, but they are where I would start calling.

Bushwacker is the only one I can think of with 6" of coverage. Your into the Pocket or Cut-out Flairs.

Look, see these two tow hooks? They look like tusks. And what kind of animal has tusks?

Bushwacker is a nice set. You will find that the rear covers will have to be modified near the door. Obviously with the truck set the bed is long enough so it would fit properly. I have seen an excursion in one of the mags in the past couple of months that had the bushwaker ones. It looked nice. Dont remember the mag though sorry.

I don't know if you have found your flares yet, but here is an add with a few pictures with an X with them mounted. Not too bad a look.
