how to drill and tap plus remove old exhaust stud

Well I decide I do for my friend's 01 F250.

I look and I would say honest it could work if I have L drill.

What easy to do? remove engine or do under axle and fix it?

What tool that I could remove broke studs? last one with 302 with extractor it remove no problem but Don't think it would hold pressure to loose tight stud.

Where can we get new exhaust studs?

Can anyone post pics of that?

You probably don't have access to a welder, but.....
Weld a flat washer over the broken stud.
Weld a nut on the washer.
Now just take a socket or a wrench and unscrew the broken stud.
You probably don't have access to a welder, do you?
