C-6 to AOD

Did for ever off the 300-6 and the AOD combo? How hard would the swap be? I'd love to have an overdive to keep the Edelbrock 4bbl's secondarys from opening at highways speed to save on gas Any ideas???

Here's a good link from the tech board over at ProjectBronco.com.

http://www.broncotech.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/001347.html

In this particular case he replaced his C6 with an AOD, but the engine was a big block and the trasfer case was a NP205.

Anyway happy reading.
