90 BII gas gage inoperable now fixed!!

my gas gage in my 90 bII was not working, stayed on empty all the time. checked sender and wiring from tank forward. after reading all the previous post's on the subject i narrowed it down to the slosh board. since these are not the easyist things to come by i decided to try and jump across the board. after removing the board i jumped the two lower traces. the gage works great now. hope this helps a few folks. thanks, mark

the small circuit board on the back side of the instrument panel on the fuel gage side. snaps in, about 2" square.

slosh board

After "jumping" it and getting all to work; now what, replace the board or just keep the jumper?. Thanks, Wayne.
