Got a 2004 new body style F150. I've got limited space behind my two front seats (regular cab style). Has anyone used these Bazooka bass tubes. I'm looking for a little thump, but mostly clear bass. Not looking to win any contests, but would like a better sound to what I'm listening to.
I like the bass tube idea because it wont take up as much space as a box and a 10" sub + amp.
If you want it clear and tight you won't like the Bazooka. Go for a shallow 10" or a good 8" in a small sealed enclosure with plenty of amp to drive it.

If you have a piece of card board or anything that makes a decent template, try 7.5" bottom, 17" tall back side, and 3.5" top. Connect the top and bottom, I think it's just a shade under 15 degrees and 1/4" longer than 17". And try that behind your seat. It's worked in several vehicles.
Any good small enclosure boxes for the sub/amp to put behind my seat somewhere. There really isn't much room at all!
Cory
I build my own boxes, that way you can make them fit in the smallest space possible. Another option is JL has a stealthbox which fits into the center seat cushion.
