AC not cooling sometimes

I have a 98 F150 van with 149,000 miles. We got out it in the shop last week because the ac would not cool very well at idling and stop and go traffic. They replaced the fan clutch. Well after driving it this weekend it still is not working. The fan clutch they replaced is much louder than the old one. I just wanted it to work. Can anyone help me with anyone idea.

Thanks

See the FAQs above for some ideas.

Otherwise, take it back to the shop.
