moonroof

My moonroof will not close the windows roll up so doubt it is fuse.

Yeah, the moonroof & power windows share a fuse that can be found in the power distribution box in the engine compartment.

I have only seen a couple of "failure" threads for the OEM moonroof. A couple were tracked to either a defective switch or worn wiring. The more rare cases were the motor/drive in the moonroof itself.

If you have the spare time, know-how, and a multimeter, you could spend a bit of time doing continuity tests through the switch, wiring, and motor. This would help pinpoint which was defective.
