4.9l swapped to a 5.8l

Ok so I found a 1995 5.8l engine that a guy had in his 1995 f250. He is selling the engine because he is upgrading to a 460 to make it a mud truck. I can get it for $800 with the wiring harness and computer. It was rebuilt with only 6000 miles since the rebuild, and has headers on it. I was wondering other than the radiator and engine mounts, what else is entailed in this swap. Also I currently have the Mazda 5sp in my F150 and I am wondering if the 351 will bolt up to my bell housing and transmission. Thanks for the inputs.

Kemicalburns has a good reputation on FTE. Kemicalburns has a good reputation on FTE.
if he is going to a 460 then his tranny cant be used either so get the 5.8 & tranny from him. this would make for an almost plug and play swap.
