After 5 years im finally getting around to lifting my 2000 F-150, I figured since the leaves need work and i need shocks, I Should go all out. Im just not sure which brand would be the best, or what places, or websites offer the best selection. I am looking for a 4" Suspension lift with the shocks and Full Leaf Springs for the rear.
That is kind of like asking who makes the best truck. There are a LOT of folks in the four-wheeling community that are every bit as brand loyal to an aftermarket vendor as they are to the truck they drive.
My suggestions:
Do a bit of searching for lift kit threads in the 1997 - 2003 F150 forum here on FTE.
Start with the lift companies that are very well known (Rancho, SuperLift, Fabtech, etc.), and search their sites for available lift kits. This can be exceptionally helpful if the company offers several variations of the same lift kit (each with a slightly different part number), as you can generally find out what exactly is the difference between each lift kit.
Search the Internet for the lift kit part numbers that you found above, and start comparing the components in the kits & the prices.
While looking at various store websites for the lift kits that you've already found, do some general browsing. Who knows? You may just find an even better lift by some lesser known company.
If you settle on a couple of different kits and need some additional input to make that tie-breaker decision, start hitting various online forums and get feedback for ride quality, durability, etc. for folks that are running that particular lift kit.

BDS is the best and most expensive but lifetime no questions asked return/replace policy
superlift and skyjacker are also very good but are cheaper
rancho is next, easily affordable and decent quality
then rough country/tuff country, by far the cheapest, for a reason
IMO that is and from what i have read/experienced...im using BDS for the 4" lift on my 95 with SAS and the 4" front coils were only $250 CAD so its not bad? but rough country would have been about $120

If you can afford it buy the lifted leaf springs, don't block it.
