Air Conditioning issue on 2005

The AC quit (compressor) on our 2005 Expedition. Had it replaced and it do not appear to be cooling like it once did. Bought a simple AC thermometer and was only getting 60 degrees out of the vent. Took it back and they found and repaired a valve causing a freon leak. Dealer indicated that he was now getting down to 46% out of the vent. Is this an adequate temperature right out of the vent. Have a 2005 F250 that is 40 degrees out of the vent.

i also have an 05 that leaks freon, so i'd love to know which one was bad on yours.

thanks!

Ok, so it was a rear A/C issue then? How much did it cost to have it fixed?

I just keep adding refrigerant to mine, but I have to bite the bullet at some point.
