Problems finding the proper radiator??!

I have been looking all over to find a radiator that will fit my '69 F100 w/360. No one seems to have one with a front flange and another smaller rear flange for the fan shroud....Am I just looking in the wrong places or are these really that hard to find? My truck has no air, a 3 speed tranny and the old radiator is the 19"x26" (roughly) model. What say you parts gods?

Thanks for your help!

Why not have yours re-cored?

Ford part number listed for info only, as the radiator is obsolete.

C8TZ8005B .. Radiator-Use with Standard & Xtra Cooling, with/without A/C / 26 1/4" wide / 19 3/4" high / 2" core.

Fits: 1968/72 F100/250 360/390 / 1969/72 F350 360/390.

Try NAPA, they should be able to get the correct one.

i had to go to a rad shop and get one. they found a hd rad that was almost the same. didn't have the front mounts so they had to weld a strip of metal on for me to drill. also it has the large in and out so i can't get hoses around here.

I'm trying to find one also. I need the front mount style. It seems most online places are trying to say the rear mount works for my F-100 but that is not the case. Cost to re-core mine is $500-$700 dollars so that is not an option. Can anyone direct me to the right supplier? It is a 2WD 1968 F-100 with a 360.

When I put a new Rad on my 66 f100 4x4, the mounts were backwards also, I had a rad shop sweat the the mounts off and turn them around and put them back on. Cost $25.

i just bought one from autozone that is the same brand napa gets and it was about $80 cheaper plus it has all the proper mounting holes and ones for the fan shroud too. only difference was the petcock drain was on the driver side instead of the passenger side.

That sounds like a good deal. Are the tanks and cooling fins copper/brass like original too?

The one at Napa is a 4 core...all the others were 2 or 3. That 4 core is just the ticket for that 360/390.

Just as long as they don't have plastic tanks.

nope mine is a 4 core. and is the same brand. but that doesnt really matter, what matters is capacity.
napa isnt what it used to be. when you establish a great name for yourself and sell quality goods the only thing to do from there is sell less quality goods to obtain a greater profit from the people who still believe you have a great name and quality goods. just like craftsman and redwing shoes. alot of their merchandise is now made in china and sucks.

I went to autozone and ordered one. It had the mounting bracket on the wrong side. I needed the front mount and the one they had was the rear mount. I then went to Performance Radiator and they had one in stock identical to my original and it was $216. I bought it this last Saturday and it is in and works perfect. It even has the mounting flange for the fan shroud if I decide to add it later.
