Alright - As always, be sure what you have selected before clicking the infamous "VOTE NOW" button.. The poll is annonymous, it runs for 14 days, it is a single vote poll - you have ONE shot at it. All these images have been "SAME-SIZED" and some of them I did a bit of photo magic on to bring out details. The rules can be found in the linked "CONTINUITY" thread - that link is at the bottom. MAY THE BEST TRUCK WIN!!!!
Wolfie, thanks for everything man! This stuff is the Shizznit! So when do the polls close? Good luck everyone! Great looking rigs. I would be proud to own any of them.
Everything went together real smooth - it's better than ever. I hope anyone that I dressed up their picture for is happy with how they came out.
The polls run a standard two weeks, since we fired this up in the middle of the year. Next year I see them running longer, maybe three weeks, maybe a full month. I had to do some advanced math to figure what worked...
The Championship round this year will take up whatever time is left in the year, so it will run longer than the qualifying rounds. It is still evolving, but is looking better every time! I'd like to thank everyone who contributed this time around to make it so visually awesome and iron out minor issues around the rules and such.
WE'RE DOING GREAT! I expect to keep this up indefinitely!!!

PS: Don't forget - POPULARIZING YOUR TRUCK DOESN'T STOP HERE!
You can post more pictures in this thread (any size), talk about MODS that you've done to it, PM people and let them know you are in this thing, you can add a line to your sig in your USER CP to point people to the contest...
There's lots of stuff you can do to make people "OOH!" and "AHH..." at your truck and vote for it. Completely legitimately...
Thanks Greywolf for all the work you have put into this. Again, all of these are nice trucks that anyone would be proud to own--that's why members put them in here.
Side question--If someone has more than one Ford truck, can they enter the different trucks in separate rounds? I still have a 79 Lariat and a kick a** 85 mud race (not bog) truck that I am proud of.

I love old Ford trucks!!

That's a good (based on it's potentially slippy-ness) question. I really don't see why not, but I wonder how many people I'll hear from that saw the round entry thread too late and wanted to get in it...
I really would like to see more offroaders in the running - I was a bit dissappointed not to see any Dune Runners from Michigan, or Trail Riders, Boggers, and so on so far. Tangi Cowboy is from Louisianna and they have wild trucks down thattaway....
There has not been a round yet that didn't fill up inside of two days. There are also seven rounds to go - and anything is possible. I purposely made it all HIGH-SPEED, so that all these rounds could come off before the years end. If you don't make it into the Championship Round there is no earthly reason not to try another truck. Even if you DO get into the Championship, I wonder if entering another truck would be such a bad idea
What can it hurt?
But I do think that for sportsmanship sake nobody should enter more than one truck in a single round. There are not that many slots available, and one at a time makes sense to me.
I'm glad you brought that up - I had not thought of it.
I will stand by that - contestants may only enter ONE truck in each round hereinafter. But under the rules that are standing, yep! You can enter more rounds.
What began as a random idea has become ALL OF THIS. I thought it was a notion whose time had come. And yet if I leave it alone - nobody stands up and takes my place doing it, so I reckon it is up to me to follow the ideas all the way down the highway....
No big deal though - I LOVE THIS PLACE ONLINE!!! I guess in a way I'm the Indiana Jones of FTE
