Adding Navigation

Guys,

Thinking about buying an 04-08 Escape hybrid without Nav and then adding a factory unit. I know that anything is possible with the right amount of money but can this be done by a do-it-yourselfer? How about cost? Any help would be appreciated.

I purchased a Kenwood DNX 7100 in November 2007 and had it installed. The GPS (Garmin) is super. Go to Crutchfield.com for information and then try E-bay and other sites for price shopping.

Yes, there are plenty of double din audio units with built in GPS for easy installation.

Guys,

Thanks for the responses. I was more interested in a factory Ford Navi system. Don't get me wrong, I like the aftermarket stuff but I would stick with the original stuff.
