How did Ford fix the Death Wobble in 08?

As the thread finally got down to.. It seems the typical reasons for the wobble, no matter what year of Superduty truck are:
1. Worn or damaged steering stabilizer.
2. Worn or damaged tie rod ends.
3. Damaged track bar or bushings.
4. Damaged or worn front wheel hubs.
5. Worn front shock absorbers.
6. Bent or out of balance front wheels/tires. (usually occurs at certain speeds)
