Changing Fuel Filter on Monterey

I see the filter above and at the edge of the fuel tank, the end with one hose is easy to get to. How do I get to the the two hoses on the other end with the release tool? Also I maybe able to use a hoist next week. Where do I place the hoist pads? I see four triangles on the underbody, is this where I put the hoist pads?
