As the title says, I am looking at replacing the huge factory steering wheel with something different. I like the look of the 78/79 wheel that comes in the Full Size Bronco, what year steering wheels and what designs will work?

I am not positive but I think pretty much all the 70's steering wheels will fit. I run a grant one that my brother bought me for Christmas about 8 years ago. You can buy the installation kit for your truck and most of there wheels will fit I think. Mine is actually for a race car set up but I love it. I think the steering wheel is for the inside like the wheels are for the outside.

 

You know Fordactually did offer a "Rally " steering wheel option on the Ford trucks back then . They are very hardto find but I haveseen them show from time to time in the yards. Meanwhile , you should be able to use the wheel from the newer Bronco . Ed Shaver
