The 99/2000 Lightning is some piece of work. With 360 hp and 440 ft/lb of torque this thing can MOVE. A few people who bought Lightnings have pulled quarter mile times as quick as 13.9 at over 100 mph with no modifications. This thing is for real. Expect to pay though... they are not cheap!
