Recommended Tires for Taurus X

I am going to be needing new tires for my 2008 Taurus X Eddie Bauer soon. Does anyone have any recommendations? Good Year Assurance Comfortreds are rated well on Tire Rack.

Personally, I like Nokian tires and have had good luck with them in the past. The Pirellis that mine came with seem to be holding up pretty well so far (12k). I've had good luck with them in the past, also. Of course, they are both on the higher end of the price spectrum.

I put Cooper CS4 Touring on our 05 Freestyle. 15k miles on them and no wear.
680 treadwear, Trac A Temp A. So very quiet and predictable(especially in rain). The original Conti's were horrible. Had a set of Yoko YK520's and they were good but worn out at 20k miles.
Cooper sells through authorized dealers. I will put them on some other vehicles when the time comes.
