The BBQ idea has come up. I feel hen pecked sometimes and that seems like a logical solution, lol.

i had to pin mine up, they kept comming by the front door eating the cat's food!, i
have 4 birds myself.

 

I let them run the yard. The wife got tired of there presents on the porch so I built a new gate two weeks ago to keep them off the porch. They will eat dog food when the dogs not watching. I thought I solved the problem by using one of the auto feeders where the dog pushes her head to open the door and eat. They figured it out pretty fast. We enjoy the fresh eggs. I cannot keep up with them so I take my employees free eggs from time to time. Old guy at work insists on paying me. Worked out a trade deal last time. He got his wife to make a coconut cream pie in exchange. Awesome trade from my point of view.

 

For some reason I felt disappointed when I opened this thread!!
