rim/tire size combo that fist stock suspension

What is the biggest rim/tire combo you can put on an Excursion with stock suspension?

20" rims with low pro tires?

16" rims with 33" tires?

Etc?

2wd or 4x4? The 4x4s sit a little higher.

33" tires should fit stock suspension. A 285/75/16 is almost a 33" tire.

Here's a cool site to help you figure different size tires/rims:

Hey William.
That is the tire/wheel set up I've been looking for!!!! Could you please tell me all of the info on the tires & wheel size/maufacturer?
I put a set of the Ford Racing SVT 18" wheels on my last Excursion (totalled in an accident last month) but the 18's didn't look big enough for me. My new (to me) '05 4wd 10 cyl arrived last week & I'm looking for 20" wheels. I like the 5 spoke design & those tires look fantastic!!
Thanks!
Dave
