Pablo,
Picture #3, I have the same RABS control unit (same numbers) for my '91 Aerostar, so I believe the answer to your last question is RABS only.

i've never seen aero with 3S/3M, 4S/4M ore 4S/3M ABS. RABS only. Well, gentelmen, is any reason to retrofit this RABS in my aero? (I can add modulator with pump, connect unit to my VSS)

If you do not have RABS currently, I see no real reason to retrofit. The RABS was an inexpensive way to provide braking compensation for the varying weight loads a truck can carry. A true proportioning valve would be a better way. Someone on this forum retrofitted a proportioning valve. Might try a search and see what turns up.

On edit: here you go!

I had an idea to retrifit used Bosh ore Wabco ABS (4s/4m ore 3S/3M). But aerostar rotors have no pole rings ore something like this and no place to istall WSS. To fit modulator is not too difficult. But they all have metric threads and some lines work is required. And I concidered this project to expencive and the project was canselled

i'm a firm believer in RABSII, worked well and got me stopped last week when i didn't see a RED traffic light on a 50 mph road until i had to dynamite the brakes. bright setting sun blinding.

got stopped straight with no continuous tire lockups. back tire brakes cycled, swaulked and released as they should.
love those semimetalllic brake shoes and pads, had me hanging in my seat belt.

RABS is unique system. This is one channel system!!!! 1s/1m! I'm surprised that aero had no 3S/3M system. yep, now we live in XXi century and having some $$ we can put ABS in any truck ore car. Wabco, Bosch, ATE, Knorr Bremse/Bendix, Haldex offer systems for trucks and trailers.
just an example:
Products & systems - WABCO
it is funny but I have PIN to program it )))
