T'case swap questions

I have an NP 203 full time chain drive t'case in my 76 F-150 (360, C6), but got a NP 205 out of a Bronco which also had a C6 transmission. I'd like to swap the part-time, gear drive t'case into my truck. Other than changing the shifter (although I'm told the 203 shifter can work even though the pattern would be wrong on the ****), I'm pretty sure I'll have the change the driveshafts.

Anyone done this? Is it worth the hassle for an around-town, bad weather truck? No plans for lift or anything major (although trans leaks in front, so need to rebuild). Any and all help would be great. Thanks.

Matt
