Its been a long week. I burned thru the hood while buffing. So i had to giva the burned thru spot a splash of color and recleared the hood. It came out way better the second time with no orange peal but some dirt. I recleared the visor too. That came out too lumpy. The second go round came out perfect, no wetsanding nessary, it is smooth as glass.

Going to wetsand and rebuff the truck again today

Started work on the bed this week. Sandblasted the underside and the out side. Found some rot in the wheel wells. Took the inner wheel wells out to sandblast and properly repair the rot. Started pulling some dents. And since this is a 77 bed going on a 79 i had to take the filler door off the 79 and put on the 77 bed.

Some up to date pics. The interior is all done except for the tach. (dont mind the Kmart seat comer, new seat is on the way) Engine compartment is done except fot the A/C lines. Front end is all done except for the front turn signal(on their way). And have to put the bumper on. Enough babbling. On to the pics.

Why did you got with the round headlights? i am in love with the truck, you get massive props for the work you put into it.

Thats what the guy wanted that owns the truck. I tried to talk him into keeping the square lights but he likes the round ones better, so i put the round ones in for him.
