I had a 97 F150 that came from the factory with the exhaust out the side similar to the Lightning. It had a 4.6 and was single piped out, but it looked good and sounded great, although sometimes a little loud at WOT. I haven’t seen too many other trucks other than Lightning’s with the exhaust run that way, but I’m sure any decent muffler shop could do any modifications needed to make it work. Good luck.
