I have used John's a few times. They seem nice enough when you get them on the phone but in general I feel they lack sorely in customer service. They don't or won't call or email you back, don't seem to want to tell you something is backordered - usually for a long time and just seem to have a lackadaisical attitude about it. I for one usually don't care if stuff takes awhile but take a minute to call & keep me informed. Instead I must try and track down my own order??? I like LMC or DC much better.
