It really looks fine for me, I see poll pics, vote button circle and the vote button at the bottom, there aren't any names on the first set of pics, just the second.
Thanx - I need to hear back from those who had trouble before I changed the album hide thingy...
I spotted one commonality right away, all of the people I was hearing from with no trouble at their end were also listed on my "BUDDIES" list. I don't know what that means in terms of private albums. I thought private albums allowed people to use them for avatars, so the forum codes for the pictures should be fine (they ought to appear whether the album itself is a tech album or whatever).
This is puzzling.....
Interesting- NASSTY is not yet on my buddies and contacts list, but he saw the pictures. It may have been after I changed the album hide thing.
The first thought I had was that it was a through-put traffic problem on the server. I've had a lot of "service unavailable" and "database error" messages lately...
Have you tried refreshing the page to see what happens? It is kind of graphics heavy. Even though the pictures are not super-big, there are lot's of them. Ten small ones, and ten 640 by 4-something. That could choke a dial up, which is why I selfishly limited the pic sizes. Something must be common to those having trouble, I need to find what that is.
I have word back from one of the folks having trouble seeing the pictures that the problem is now cleared - I need to know if anyone else has problems if there are any.
All of this may help IBI dial-in what they are trying to put together for us, and I have to admit it's been interesting so far...

Excellent - I shot a PM to IB Adrian about all of this suggesting that the IBI design team take a look at it. But it works....
That tells me what I did made it capable somehow.
I'll still watch to see if anyone has any trouble like that, but it looks good so far - and maybe a graphic like that can be considered a "FORD TRUCK THING".
I hope so, it's too late to do it any other way....
I have had to "PLAY WITH" some of the pictures to make them close to the same size - I hope everyone ends up happy with what I did. I was not going to do any "sharpening" or any other retouches originally, but sometimes what can you do? I have sincerely done my best.
How does it look? Is it right?
I worry also that some people may have seen it while it was messed up and gotten disgusted with it. Oh well, you try to make some serious entertainment happen knowing you can't please everybody...

No word back yet from tiny1, so I can't know for sure if I did good or not.
