Tiny, I thought you guys did the road trip to invite Dave to the CL Discussion thread, didn't you tell him about his surprise as a new CL?

I may be coming down to Charleston July 22nd(I thought it was June, my daughter just corrected me) to the 26th for a T-ball tournament my grandson is in. It all depends on the cash I have and how cheap I can find a place to stay. A buddy of mine moved to Florence and I know a few guys in Charleston so I'm going to see if they have any room for me, then I only have to worry about fuel, tolls and food. My first taste of pulled pork was there back in 89 and I really liked the people. It would be a place I'd definitely consider moving to if I had enough cash and didn't have to worry about finding work.

Hi Joe.... I did head down here last night to see about dragging him to the CL forum but he was off line at the moment.

I have been down to SC once and that was about 15 years ago to Myrtle Beach. My future inlaws had rented a time share on the ocean and invited my now wife and I to join them, the only thing that we had to do was provide our own transportation and watch the two youngest kids one night so that the inlaws could have a 'date' night.

Nice area, we were down in mid October and towards the end of the week it got down to the mid 50's for a high temp. Everyone there was all bundled up in winter coats and such and I was walking around in shorts and a t-shirt. One maintenance guy asked where I was from and I told him NY. He replied that he thought that it had to be a colder area with how I was dressed. I replied back stating that I use to the weather because we start having weather like that towards the end of August.

Well Good Morning SC and all Family, your not visitor's from other state's anymore, your family. I don't want to get you down, but my aunt died this morning at 7:30 and as much as I hated to see her go, I hated to see her suffer more. She said she was ready to go, and she is gone. Thank's for all of your support and prayer's, I needed both and thank"s again!!

Thank's Pat, she was blessed with a long life(93) I don't won't to out live everyone in my family!! I know I don't have a say, but I don't!!
