Good morning David, jr32560, and Steve, beautiful day here at the ranch starting early this morning but fortunately the little one stayed crashed to a little bit ago. I think my son and I are wearing down some of his enery for he found so many things to do yesterday including helping me mechanic......now that was some serious fun there.

David glad to hear your checkup went ok.

He is 3 and loaded like dynamite. As for me I have stayed on the up hill side of things with him so I guess I could be saying I' am winning at least until further notice.

Hello again everyone, I hope ya'll enjoyed your Friday!! I have been recovering from yesterday, I swear the Doctor takes more blood than they use to. I think they have a contract with the RC to get all they can.lol

Drink plenty of fluids....and eat fruit...bananas, oranges, apples, they will replenish lost vitamins and help build back the lost fluids.

going good jr,
i got my nascar tickets for me and the wife today. portland international raceway is holding a 2 day event there next month. they were actually fairly cheap. with a pit pass included.

I agree Steve, I love to give blood, but not at the Doctor's Office!! I don't think I can eat anymore fruit, that is my main source of food!!
