This is good EARLY morning for me, I went to sleep at 4am and just WOKE up at 7am, weird,weird, weird. Anyway I'M UP NOW!!!

3 hours sleep isn't bad, I usually only do with 5 average....

Believe me I never get it, Just wishful thinking. I take med's that won't let me sleep, beside's I could never stay in bed more than 6 hour's, unless I am sick!!

I usually average 6-7 hours, except on the weekends, when I can usually get 8.

If I get 8 or more I can't fall asleep that night and I'll stay up later...it's almost like taking a nap, if I fall asleep in a chair watching something, I stay up later that night.
