I'll take it as is, just park it in my driveway and sit out there in the recliner with a beer every night... why waste time hauling it to a lake, fussing with the fishing gear, then end up not catching anything?

Hey Dallas... I found a 2005 Yamaha 1100 V-Star Silverado on craigslist for $5600... basically a knock-off of a HD Heritage Softtail. It's only got 3800 miles on it, real nice shape. Since I'm threatening to abandon Ford for a T-word pickup, I figure I might as well buy a rice-bike too... very tempting, a cheap way to get on two wheels....

ROB!!!

That is one thing I said i would never do, buy any other bike than a Harley.. I will ride other bikes, but not spend the money on it.. But I see your point and with limited $$$ due to the wife having issues with spending money on toys for just "ME" that would be a cheap way to enter the game... But i'm sticking to my only Harley's dream~!

and I LOVE the Heritage Softail's!
