and i wished i was at work too... i got something interesting from the unemployment office today. i can go take some courses thru them.. and they will pay me to do that..
and its for dislocated workers.. i was thinking of taking some ASE courses for diesels,
and gas fuel injection. however i have been working on diesel trucks for years. including the big rigs.

That sounds like a good start Jack especially if it means the green will still come in for you.

Jack, if you can get your ASEs for diesels, or whatever else you want, get them!!! It will make a huge difference at your interview and in your pay!!!! It paid for Joe big time!!
I would Highly recommend getting them!!! Just my 2 cents!!!lolol

i'm looking in to it as we speak! i hate being unemployed!!! it sucks big time!!!
i talked to my snap-on dealer yesterday and he said no one out there is hiring! as he took my tool box back. that was a hard thing for me to do! and i had it half way paid off!
i owed 1348.00$ it was a 4200$ box..... it was almost mine!!!!
my wife bought it for me for my birthday in 07'... she picked the color and had the guy ordered it for me.. i'm certified in many areas already!!
maybe i should go into law enforcement and become a cop again!!

MAybe Jack but some jurisdictions arent even hiring for their public safety departments right now because they are having budget problems. I know it sucks to give up the tool box like that.

bummer about your box!!! the more certifications you have, the better!! Joe has soooooooooooo many Ford Certs that he only needs 2 classroom courses to be 100% Ford Certified(he attended Ford Fact when we were in NC). he also has taken the A1-A8
ASEs and L1 Advanced and passed them all on the first try!! I hope all this info helps you out!!!Get as many as you can!!!lolol
