Heated, power leather bucket seats
I decided not to use the buffalo hide brown leather seats in my truck. If you have been following my build thread, you'll know what I'm talking b about. They will be turned into office chairs. Lol
I just wasn't happy with the color or style of the seats, so I grabbed these out of a really nice Passat Wagon yesterday for about $31 each.
They are way more comfortable than the BMW seats, they are power, they are heated and they are really nice black leather. The best part is, they sit 2" lower and the seat track looks like it will be very easy to modify for them to fit the floor pan nicely.
I fired up my trusty home made power supply (ATX computer power supply) after finding a color code chart on the interweb and they work really well.
I'm not sure if I'm going to keep the headrests on our not. I bought a commercial sewing machine a couple of weeks ago and may use some of the back seat material to cover where the head rest holes are.
