truck seems sluggish

Guys .. my 2000 v-10 doesnt seem to have the get up and go lately... true 180000 miles on the clock, uses about a quart of oil between changes. truck seems to lack power when pulling a slight hill, i have to get in the gas a little more. i recently did tune up plugs, installed timeserts to avoid future problems with plug blowouts--cleaned maf, new pcv valve and hose(ford pcv valve).also new air filter, but mileage never changed....still 11.5. would have figured that it would go up SOME after tune up guess i'll change out the fuel filter and check the cops, although i replaced two during tuneup.any other ideas let me know ......thanks Britt

I would suggest cleaning MAF and taking off and cleaning throttle body as well just as good PM stuff.

I would think the MAF would be ok still. Also when cleaning the MAF I recommend disconnecting neg bat terminal before hand.

Definitely change the fuel filter, they are a 30K miles maintenance item. I changed mine at 20K and noticed a big difference.
