I dunno. I was driving my brother's 05 Dodge with the common rail 5.9 and a 6 speed. I was pulling a mostly empty fertilizer trailer that still had about 200 gallons in it.
What trailer?
His pickup is bone stock and it wasn't like there was anything there. Liquid fertilizer is around 9lbs/gal. So it was about 1800lbs plus the weight of the trailer itself, which isn't light since it was an 1100 gallon tank.

Thing is Pat....do the math. 1100 gallons at ~9lbs/gal is 9900.....plus the weight of the trailer itself.
And I do have my blue oval still. I couldn't be any more proud of her than I am right now. I need to go get pictures, but you guys need to go read my post in the "Project Update" thread!!!

Oh, we've been known to pull those fertilizer trailers with our half ton "Hemi"s.....and before that with our half ton 4.6L Fords

The mystery winner from Winner has come forward... glad to hear it's someone who needed it.

PIERRE, S.D. -- A 23-year-old rancher whose family has fallen behind in their taxes and recently had a mobile home repossessed has claimed a $232.1 million Powerball jackpot.
Neal Wanless, who lives on his family's 320-acre ranch near Mission, S.D., bought the winning ticket in the nearby town of Winner late last month during a trip to buy livestock feed. He will take home $88.5 million in a lump sum payment after taxes are deducted.
Wanless says his family has been helped by their community and that he "intends to repay that help many times over."
He said in a statement issued Friday that he plans to continue ranching, albeit on a larger ranch. He says he recently told his horse, Eleanor, that "It'd be nice if we go for a longer ride than usual on a bigger ranch of our own."

Some kid from Central City bought it, but I've never seen it and I've been driving through there quite a bit recently. All the thing needed was a new rear end and most major parts had ~60,000 miles on it when I got rid of it.
