Remove water in fog lights???

So it has been pouring here in Tallahassee for a week or so and this past weekend I decided to take my truck out. Well in the process, I got about half an inch of water in my passenger fog light. My question is what is a good way to remove it (if any) without having to take out the fog light from the bumper.

p.s. here are a few pics....

wow that was really brave did the water get any deeper than that? Since your in Florida I and it's probably in the 90's everyday I would try just taking out the bulb and let the sun in the sunshine state cook it out of there. The easiest was is to just take out the whole foglight.
